Because Massage for Healing is by appointment only your appointment is time reserved exclusively for you and we request that you acknowledge and respect our cancellation policy.

If you need to reschedule or cancel an appointment, we require a minimum of 24-hours notice. If you need to cancel your appointment please call (213) 867-5914  If we don't answer, please leave your information on our answering machine.

Please keep in mind that "No-shows" or last minute cancellations leave our therapist with empty appointment times as well as other guests that can not get in.

A confirmation call may be made to all clients within 24 hours of their appointment.  If the client fails to confirm their appointment the appointment may be forfeited.

If you are running late for you appointment, please make sure to call and leave a message BEFORE your scheduled appointment time stating so, so that we can try to accommodate you, which may or may be possible due to a client arriving after your apointment.  If client is more than 15 minutes late and does not call to confirm they are still arriving, their appointment may be forfeited.

Clients with a gift certificate that fail to show up for their appointment or cancel after the 24 hour period are subject to their gift certifcate being forfeited.
